Gray Label is a Dutch kids fashion brand based in Amsterdam and founded by Emily Gray. The brand is growing extremely fast. Within this growth Gray Label faces strategic branding and business issues and asked TBBG to support them.

WHAT WE DID

We defined Gray Label’s ambition for growth and we looked at the business how to implement this ambition. We made a brand and business plan which serves as the basis of Gray Label’s business growth.

Each quarter we come together for strategic sessions. We evaluate previous months by checking up on turnover development, cost reduction, analyse online marketing activities, evaluate team efforts and discuss all branding and business issues which come by.
