As a business consultant Juliëtte is experienced in strategic business issues and transforming organisations in succesful business. During her career at Maxxium, L’Oréal, Björn Borg and Fab. she developed business and managerial skills.

With her strategic eye she likes to solve complex business cases and to find out which strategic solution is the best to go for in order to accelerate growth. She supports organisations with finding their direction, structuring the organisation within this direction and find the best people who suit this direction. In her opinion people within the company are the biggest growth drivers. If they’re not talented, committed or motivated it’s hard to grow.

Dorothée works as a branding consultant and has a strong creative background. She studied at two art academies in the Netherlands KABK & Codarts. Therefore she can analyse creative people and processes quickly and effectively.

Her working experiences at broadcast – and new media-companies makes her unique, she nows how important the presentation and communication of a brand is. It’s all about the consumers perception and a total brand experience to create loyalty from consumers to the brand.

Dorothée analyses brands, developes brand-strategies and builds brand identities in order to create a strong brand.
